The beginning date of living there was Mar 20 2006, the landlord opened Lan on Mar 21 2006, but did not tell him.
The landlord gave the bankbook for debiting telephone charging to him, my teacher put money into the account, China Tel Com debited Tel. charge for March 1 2006 to March 31 2006 from that bankbook directly, it included RMB33 internet fee.
It was the same with April 2006, China Tel Com debited RMB66 internet fee. My teacher never accessed internet during March and April.
He asked the landlord to open ADSL for him on April 28, the landlord went to China Tel Com on April 29 2006 to handle that. Actually what he opened is Lan not ADSL, perhaps he doesn't know how to explain the difference between ADSL and Lan, the landlord does not know English, so the landlord did not tell my teacher what he opened was Lan not ADSL.
And my teacher asked him to select one package, which is fixed maximum amount RMB200, now matter how many hours you access internet. I guess the landlord forgot this fixed maximum amount RMB200, just opened a new Lan password for my teacher.
So for May 1 to May 31 2006, China Tel Com debited my teacher RMB299 for internet accessing. My teacher does not know the reason, he asked me to help him check it.
I called to the landlord July 3 2006, and faxed him the invoices of Tel.charge for March, April, May to him. He said RMB299 was wrong, my teacher would get the refund money. But he did not tell me he made a mistaken. He went to open the fixed maximum amount RMB200 on July 3 2006, was exact the date when I faxed the invoices to him.
Yesterday I checked through my friend that he never opened ADSL, I knew all the fact yesterday. So I thing he should be responsible for the internet accessing fee RMB33 occurred March and RMB60 occurred in April, and RMB99 occurred in May. All of them resulted from his mistaken. He should be responsible for his mistaken. |
